Returns and Refunds

• 30 days returns policy 
• Customer needs to check within 24 hours for any missing or broken parts
• We do not offer a full refund - we offer credit 
• Needs to be returned unused and in original condition, with all packaging, tags and labels intact. 
• Must have proof of purchase, such as receipt or delivery note 
• Delivery charges for manufacturing faults, missing items, items arrived damaged, we arrange and pay for 
• Delivery charges for non-faulty returns, paid for by customer. Customer needs to get in touch to arrange return delivery
• All return deliveries need to be organised with ourselves, so get in touch with us beforehand 
• When an item is returned, we will need to check the item first to see that it is eligible for a refund, so there will be a 5-7 day delay in receiving credit 

Should you need to return any items to us, you can do so as long as it is back within 30 days. We are however unable to offer full refunds but will happily offer credit. All returns need to be organised with ourselves, so please get in touch with us beforehand. 

We recommend that customers should check their orders within 24 hours of delivery to ensure there are no broken or missing parts. In the event that faults or damage are discovered, we will arrange and pay for the delivery of replacement items. We are unable to pay for transport charges for non-faulty returns.  

All returns must arrive back with us unused and in original condition, with all packaging, tags and labels intact. We will also need to see proof of purchase, such as receipt or delivery note. 

Please be aware that when an item is returned, we will need to check it first to see that it is eligible for credit, so there will be a five to seven delay in receiving the credit details.
